Confession: I'm a take-away junkie. It is not something that I am immensely proud of but after long hours (and a whole bevy of other excuses)- I do far too much of it. Convenience lifestyle partly to blame-we deliveroo. And we literally just-eat. (Cringe)
So this first month of resolution started with a much needed overhaul.
And bar one day for me , we followed through. Hoorah! While I am sure many of you do not have this issue, I thought it might be nice to share some recipes that have been both fairly fuss-free and delicious to make.
And of course when all else fails, who says having cereal, omelettes or tuna on rye for dinner four nights in a row is a bad thing? ;)
